Let's go find your unicorn!

[your name here]

I take part in our weekly REALTOR® tour, where we get to view homes just before they actually come to market.  This helps me me keep extra eyes out for homes that might be a great fit for you and, ideally, keep you from competing in multiple offers where you would have to spend more money!

There are many steps involved in the buying process.  One of the most important happens before we ever start driving around to look, and that's making sure you've spoken with a mortgage broker to ensure you are pre-approved and we know what price range works for you.  I have a shortlist of brokers that I absolutely trust and recommend.  Having a great one in your corner can absolutely make the difference in you being able to buy your dream home!

I will make the home hunting process as easy and fun as I can for you.  I want to save you time by setting up a custom search so you don't have to waste time looking at properties that aren't a fit.  And I will do my best to keep your stress low because it can definitely be a roller coaster process!
